What To Expect?

After sending us your request, Dr Doron will review it and make sure we are indeed in a position to help your child and family.

Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information. Some assessments may take longer to complete due to their complexity and require further appointments. For patients referred for ADHD Assessment, you will be asked to complete an online ADHD test called MOXO before you arrive to your appointment. Click here for more information about the test.

Who attends the appointment? Ideally, we would like to meet with the child and both parents. However, if the situation is more complex, don't hesitate to contact us for advice.

By the end of the assessment, you will better understand the current situation and possible solutions. A written report will be provided electronically within up to 14 working days. In accordance with the Privacy Act it is entirely up to you whether you share this report with your GP, school, therapist, etc.

 

Our Technology:

At our clinic, your care is our top priority. To ensure that we can give you our full attention during your visits, we use an AI tool called MDhub. This AI-powered tool assists us by turning our conversations into written drafts, which means your clinician can focus more on you and less on paperwork. This tool is trusted by many clinics and hospitals worldwide. Your clinician will compose the final note, assisted by the existing draft.

 

Your Privacy Matters:

We understand that your privacy is very important, and we want to reassure you of the following:

  • Confidentiality: Your medical information, including the draft notes created with MDHub, will remain confidential.

  • No Recordings Stored: The tool will not keep audio recordings of our conversations, so your privacy is fully protected.

  • Secure Data Handling: The data processed by MDHub is securely managed according to strict privacy regulations (compliant with both HIPAA, SOC, and PHIPA) and is not used to train future AI models. For additional security data, please refer to https://www.mdhub.ai/security

 

Your Rights:

  • You are welcome to ask any questions or request more details about how our AI tools work.

  • You have the right to ask us not to use any AI tools at any time without impacting your care.
